Some might have seen my posts on Instagram about the new Tea Cappuccinos from The Coffee Bean, and today I am going to review all 3 tea cappuccinos in this blog post. ^_^
Well, I had loved drinking coffee and tea since I can remember, like age 4 or 5? Coming from a traditional chinese family, all of my family members including my younger brother as well, we all love drinking coffee and tea. Sometimes people say I'm 'old' because... old people drink coffee? hahax~ For me, its one thing I can't live without everyday. It helps keep me awake and alert and at the same time also makes me feel relax, if it's drank at a cafe with a bunch of good friends to enjoy with.
Weeks ago, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® offered me to try out their new Tea Cappuccinos, I was intrigued to try them out after looking at the advertisements. I thought "What is Tea Cappuccino? Is it a mix of tea and cappuccino? Hmm..." Lolx~ Anyhoo, I don't really post other stuffs besides fashion, beauty and cosplay but I guess this is one good opportunity that I can share with all of you my ultimate love for coffee & tea. ^_^

Anniversary Blend Tea Cappuccino
With the flavor of Acai Berry
Here's the Anniversary Blend Tea Cappuccino served at the store. Dense foam like you would expect from a cappuccino, that's why the name tea cappuccino! ^,^
This Anniversary Blend Tea has a very strong aroma & taste of berry. I'm not a berry-ish person, meaning that I don't really eat or drink anything that has berries in them, so this was kind of a little too much for me. It is not too sweet, the milk tea is actually very well mixed with the berry altogether. I suppose for the berry + tea lovers, would want to go for Anniversary Blend Tea Cappuccino.
Chai Tea Cappuccino
Soothingly Spicy
Well, all of the Tea Cappuccinos look pretty much the same on the outside yah? lolx~
It was my first time tasting Chai tea and I had to say, it 'shocked' through my taste buds when I had the first sip. I hardly ever drink tea that is that spicy. This Chai tea spiciness is like ginger kind of spicy and something more to it.

After drinking half cup down, I start to like the taste of it because the milk tea in Chai tea taste pretty strong & nice! It isn't too sweet, just nice for my liking (I like my drinks to be lightly to medium sweetened).
The Chai taste is spicy but not strong (I hope I'm making sense), however it got the milk tea to compensate for the heaviness.
Scottish Breakfast Tea Cappuccino
A sweet morning pick me up.
This time I had it take away~ The purple thing on top is actually the stirrer, cool huh? ^_^
Scottish Breakfast is rich flavoured but kind of lack in the aroma side. It is not the straightforward kind of tea that I expected, like the English Breakfast tea. It taste like English Breakfast but has a different blend of something else in it.
My brother drank it and commented that it tasted somewhat like Rooibos. And I went, "huh? What's Rooibos?!" Then my brother went on and on about other kinds of tea cos he ever tried THAT many kinds. lolx~
However this take away tea that I had was sweeter than the other tea cappuccinos. I'm not sure if the person who made this added a little too much sugar syrup or was the tea suppose to be like this. I still think that this would taste better if it's not too sweet, and the milk tea tasted less strong than the Chai's.
Thank you for reading my review. Do note that these Tea Cappuccinos are only available for a period of time, try them out before 25 May!~ ^_^
