Launching first at Watsons’ flagship store at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, the Watsons i-Kiosk will feature a host of digital mediums that aim to better enhance customers’ in-store shopping experience. Shoppers can now easily browse through the Watsons catalogue to find out more in-store events as well as be up-to-date with the latest store / member promotions and contests on Wat’s Hot and Members Only respectively.
Watsons i-Kiosk also has Near Field Communication (NFC) capabilities to make for speedy information sharing, where shoppers can conveniently download the digital catalogues.
