Recently I received a bottle of the new Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Light Lotion and had been using it for sometime now so here's my review of it. ^_^

Before I start with my review, I shall show you guys the new packaging that SampleStore had came out with! Immediately upon receiving it, I thought it was packed with something else.. like candy or chocolates instead of thinking that it maybe my Hada Labo product. lolx~ Please don't as me WHY I thought of that.. I just did! Hahax~

About Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Light Lotion
In 2013, Hada Labo introduces a new 'light' hydrating lotion, specially formulated for customers with oily and combination skin. The light hydrating lotion formula and texture is lighter and more refreshing.
- For oily, combination and acne prone skin
- Lighter texture that is non-sticky and refreshing
- Moisturise deeply into all layers of skin
- Contains 3 types of Hyaluronic acid. With different sizes of hyaluronic acid molecules, it moisturizes skin from surface deep
- pH balanced
- Low irritation with no added fragrance, colors and oil

Packaging
Just like the other Hada Labo Lotion, it is packed in a 170ml bottle with a flip cap.
Ingredients are: Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Disodium Succinate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Hydroxyethycellulose, Methylparaben, PPG-10 Methyl Glucose Ether, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Succinic Acid

Plastic wrapped for sealing.

It looks same as the SHA Hydrating Lotion which I'd reviewed before.

How to use?
Every morning and evening after cleansing the face, apply sufficient amount onto face and pat until fully absorbed.

Swatch
Instead of pouring the lotion onto my palm like what I did with SHA Hydrating Lotion & the rest, for this light lotion I had to pour onto a cotton pad as the lotion is really like water, it flows all over the place when I tilt my hand.

Applying the light lotion on the right half of the back of my hand. As you can see, when I spread it out, it looks just like water! After absorbed into my skin, it leaves no traces of stickiness or whatsoever.

In this face swatch, it looks like I just spread water on my face.. ^_^
- the light lotion is fragrance-less
- is very lightweight
- consistency feels just like water
- feels pretty refreshing
- feels slightly cooling on my skin
- very hydrating
- skin feels smooth, soft and supple
- non-sticky AT ALL (awesome for my currently pretty oily skin)
- does not leave my face looking glossy or greasy
- helps control a little bit with my sebum production
- immediately hydrates the areas that are dry
- doesn't irritate my skin
- doesn't clog my pores

With this light lotion, I can keep applying it on my face just because I love the cooling & refreshing sensation on my skin as well as the silky smooth texture during the application!
I find that it's as hydrating as the SHA Hydrating Lotion but A LOT less sticky! Or rather, this is totally not sticky at all~
I definitely prefer this lotion over the ones I'd used before. With the Singapore hot weather, I prefer to use something that refreshes my skin yet hydrating at the same time, thus Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Light Lotion is the one for me. ^,^
