Coffee tasting at Costa Coffee

It was my first time trying out coffee at Costa Coffee and it's also my first time doing so on the day before they officially starts their business. ^_^

This Costa Coffee outlet is new, located at Valley Point Shopping Centre.

Their menu are rather simple and easy to understand.

Here's my order! Both are hot drinks, Cappuccino and Mocha... or the other way around? I forgot.. Lolx~ They are rather ok for me. I find it can be better as they were a little on the light side, the aroma & taste is not really that rich. I prefer stronger aroma and rich in coffee taste, so that when I add in sugar, the bitterish-sweet taste linger longer on my taste buds.

Kas' order is Affogato with Vanilla ice cream. The espresso at the bottom is bittersweet (the way I love it) with the ice cream topped.. yummy! I shall try this too the next time~

Besides the coffee, we also receive complimentary cakes which are nice too, especially the cheesecake!

And finally 'Everything Burrito'! Ok.. I think I watched too much Adventure Time.. Burrito is Jake's favourite food and he always say 'Everything Burrito' that it kinda got stuck in my brain. Hahax~

Anyhoo, this burrito is good! 3 of us tried and all of us agree that it's nice! If its made hot, it'll probably be even yummier!
